Love the seat. Heavy weight and sturdy. Dark color and almost looks brown, but it’s definitely what we were looking for.Would buy again!

The toilet seat itself is nice heavy and sturdy. However upon opening package I was very disappointed to see scuff marks near the back of the seat, if it was wrapped already I would have thought it was used. Dissapointjng but had no choice but to install anyways.

Very fast delivery but first one had broken hinges. They replaced it right away even before I sent it back. The second one has a few scuff marks but either then that it’s perfect.

Took 2 months before I had to replace the fasteners. The whole seat kept loosening up and then 1 bolt broke.

We bought two of these. That was a big mistake. The first one lasted 35 days, 5 days beyond the return period. The second one lasted 2 weeks but we were able to return it. The hinge that holds it to the toilet broke through both of them. The plastic is cheap and does not hold the toilet seat in place. To combat that, you need to tighten down the screws that hold it to the toilet, which inevitably results in the whole retainer clip breaking straight thru. These seats are good for show only. If you plan on sitting on them EVER, look to another brand. Not worth two cents in our opinion.
