Une véritable tuerie, un superbe harmonica survitaminé, une voix au top, de bonnes guitares, et des rythmes bien bien blues qui vous entraînent dans la profondeur du blues de Charlie Musselwhite.Ça fait vraiment un bien fou que d'entendre une telle musique.Ça commence par the blues overtook me suivi de mean ole Frisco. Suit she may be your woman qui comporte un beau solo de guitare.Viennent ensuite kiddeo puis river hip Mama et Yesterdays.Leaving your town déboule puis hangin'on , hello pretty baby et pour finir my road lies in darkness.Ce qui fera un total de 10 titres.Au dos , de la pochette du cd, sur le verso de la jaquette est marqué This is the best band i've ever had. CHARLIE.ce qui signifie ,c'est le meilleur groupe que je n'ai jamais eu. CHARLIE.Voilà ce que pense et dit Charlie à propos de son groupe et donc de cet album.Et sincèrement je n'irai pas le contredire.Vous voulez un harmoniciste de folie, vous en tenez un mais la musique ne s'arrête pas qu'à l'harmonica , ici tout est bon, bien joué, bien orchestré.Un très bon album à posséder si on aime Charlie Musselwhite, l'harmonica, le blues en général et ceci que l'on soit amateur débutant ou confirmé dans le domaine du blues.

I bought this CD because I wanted to hear some different harp. Jeez o Pete, is this a great harp CD. The dirty sound of his amp is incredible. Love it, Love it, Love it.

This is old school folks. Good stuff.You can play it over and over and never get tired of it.Gotta love CM. Hall of famer.Love the in you face production, we have come to expect from Alligator records.

Charlie is pretty traditional blues but they write some great music and I think any blues fan would love this CD. I compare him with William Clarke which is a compliment to Charlie. Keep it up Charlie...sometimes older is better!

All I have to say that if you are a harmonica fan, a player or if it is your future then Musselwhite is your man! This is a truely fantastic CD show casing some of Charlie's excellent tunes. He is a wonderful blues man and American harmonica icon.Buy this and feel his emotion and the power of his instrument.
