DISPLAY FORMAT

PRECAUTIONS

POWER CLEARED
Step1: Long press set key for more than 3 seconds until the power display area digital flashing, and then release the button.
Step2: If you short press set key again, the power data is cleared and the cleared status is cleared. If you short press light key again, the power data is not cleared and the cleared status is cleared. If there is no keystroke within 10 seconds, the power data is not cleared and the cleared status is cleared.
POWER ALARM SETTING
Step1: Press and hold light key for more than 3 seconds until the power display area is flashing, then release the button.
Step2: Power display area shows the current power alarm value and the minimum number of start flashing, short press set key on the number +1, short press light key to switch to set the number of alarm value, the alarm value can not exceed 25kW (factory default 25kW).
Step3: When the setting is completed, press light key for more than 3 seconds or no key action for more than 10 seconds, the data is saved and the setting status is exited.

Bought two of these for a single phase 220 volt feed into the house from a generator. Really like the split core current transformer but unfortunately for me one of the two meter malfunctioned within a week. I needed something really reliable so I returned these and bought a different brand. Might have just been bad luck!

It is acceptably precise, gets the job done for most non-scientific application.No possibility to rotate the screen even though they included an image that might suggest you can.Construction is flimsy at best but at least the plastic is not brittle like other chinesium devices.The consumption of the device is 0.4w and 0.004 amps but does not heat up unreasonably.I installed it inside my tool chest, so far been working almost 24/7 without any issues. The main problem is that this device is worth roughly 10$ maximum. So yeah, there you go.

I am not an electrician… to read the power comming from my generator i had to buy 2 of these… on 240v. One on each hot… and additionate for total consumption!

This is the third meter of this type I've tried to use on my on my 220v high density boiler. They always get hot on the input side and turn the LCD black. Eventually it stops working. I'm sure these will work well on low voltage, low amperage applications.
