  • HOW IT WORKS: The air conditioning flush can use shop air to pressurize and spray specific AC flush solvent, to flush old oil, refrigerant contaminants and residue, moisture, acid and dirt. The rubber tapered tip can be sealed against pipe opening and prevent backspray of solution. If the pipe opening is smaller than the rubber tapered tip, you can try to take the tapered tip off and insert the brass spray nozzle into the pipe;
  • EASY TO USE FLUSHING SYSTEM: When replace or retrofit AC system, you need recover the old refrigerant, disassemble AC system components, fill the flush canister with lightweight solution, assemble flush kit components and tighten, insert the tapered tip into line then flush and blow, assemble AC system component, vacuum leak check and recharge. There is a detailed instructions pasted on the bottle. Pay attention to pressure gauge index when using, please do not exceed 150PSI;

Ergonomically designed flush gun body is made of aluminum, equipped with brass 1/4" SAE hose adapter, brass spray nozzle, rubber tapered tip. The rubber tapered tip can be sealed against pipe opening and prevent backspray of solution. If the pipe opening is smaller than the rubber tapered tip, you can try to take the tapered tip off and insert the brass spray nozzle into the pipe.

Rubber nylon resin material durable hose, 3.5FT long, max working pressure is 600PSI and burst pressure is upto 3000PSI, each side is loaded with 1/4" female brass fittings for easy connection. Special small holes design on resin layer double ensure explosion-proof features of hose.

Empty One-piece Molding Cylinder

STAINLESS STEEL CYLINDER

32oz one-piece molding stainless steel canister, equipped with metal 1/4" NPT American air plug, built-in ball valve, brass bottle cap with rubber o-ring, metal hang hook, siphon tube, brass 1/4" SAE hose adapter, 220PSI pressure gauge. The flush can uses shop air to pressurize and spray specific AC flush solvent.

HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare the air-conditioning system for disassembly in sections

2. Install the gun head, hose, joints and other accessories

3. Pour the cleaning agent into the bottle and tighten the cap

4. Connect the air inlet of the cleaning bottle to the air pump and turn on the air pump

5. Turn on the air pump and inflate about 8 kg into the cleaning bottle. (The product is equipped with a pressure relief valve, and the air pressure exceeds 12 kilograms and automatically exhausts)

6. Turn off the air pump. Press the tip of the gun to start cleaning

7. The evaporator box, condenser and pipeline need to be cleaned thoroughly. If the system is dirty, it is recommended to soak for more than 10 minutes after injecting cleaning agent

Nozzle trigger stuck open after using 1qt of flush though unit. Required to use valve on bottle to regulate air through unit. Still held and dispensed flush but poor quality nozzle reduced utility and controll of flush flow
