The reason I got this water heater because of having a travel trailer and needed a tankless water heater, so it worked fine for couple days then unfortunately stopped. I had unlimited water all day while camping and let me tell you this, this water heater is fuel efficiency and uses less propane than other ones. The thermostat can be mounted inside, so you can control the temperature fast and easy. Sadly, because of some technical issues, needs improvement.

This 65,000 BTU tankless water heater should be real lifesaver on the road once installed. This tankless should pump out virtually unlimited hot water for our family trips- we're talking 3.9 gallons per minute. I like long showers so this should alleviate the need to rush my showers while traveling. The temperature control appears easy to use so scalding shouldn't be an issueNow, the installation might be more than I want to tackle by myself so may need help or just hire someone to install. And get this - it even has a high-altitude mode When needed.Bottom line: If you're tired of lukewarm showers and want to feel like RV royalty, this could be your ticket to limitless hot water

Just got back from our first trip. On Demand worked great. It was in the 30s, and it fired up and ran great. I found the 115F to be the best setting for not mixing with the cold water. All 4 of us showered no problem. It did take about a half gallon to get the heated water to the spicket, so if your boondocking a recirculation valve would be a good idea. I haven't checked the propane, but I'm confident it used very little.
