This was a direct replacement for my Milwaukee 3/8 E-ratchet head. Just remember when installing it to center the switch so it will go right in. Do not use oil on these as it will ruin it. Also, you will need to compress the springs in a vise while using a socket in order to get the snap ring on fully. What ever you do, be absolutely certain the snap ring is on all the way or the whole thing will fly apart and the small parts will go bye bye.So far, it works perfect.
