UPDATE: we did get a refund after we sent back the flat tires. So at least they did honor promise of a refund.these 2 'flat free' tires were delivered just 2 days ago and put on a small garden cart. My husband uses this cart to haul a small amount of garden dirt in our yard. First time use and both tires went flat. My husband found that these tires are hollow inside!!! Also the wheel bearings came apart. These ia a 30 day refund policy. "Amazon.com Return Policy:Amazon.com Voluntary 30-Day Return Guarantee: You can return many items you have purchased within 30 days following delivery of the item to you. Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Guarantee does not affect your legal right of withdrawal in any way."I guess we will see if they honor that promise. These are very cheap. Do NOT buy.

Worked for me right out of the box. While it's set up for two axle sizes, it must have been set up for the most common size. Less than 5 minutes to install. Nice that the tires were already aired up.
