I used this to add additional drainage holes to a couple of porcelain and terracotta pots. Using a DeWalt drill, it took about 5 minutes to drill through about an inch. Your mileage will vary depending on drill type, how much force you're exerting, materials, etc. These bits seems durable and retained their sharpness and there's two included.

The quality of the bits seem fine. And for my purposes of just making holes in concrete, they work great.The holes come out slightly bigger than 3/8 inch. I measured the my bit and it's closer to 7/16. That's only a problem if you're trying to make an exact 3/8" inch hole.

These are a reasonable value for the money. The 1” deep hole I drilled in a concrete block took a moderate amount of pressure to make and was accomplished by removing the drill bit several times to blow out the dust. The bits seem to be reasonable quality. Durability will be determined over multiple uses. These meet the intended functionality of drilling through brick, concrete, etc.

These appear to be well made drill bits designed for hard surfaces like concrete. The bits are machined well and should be able to last for some time if used properly. Whenever I drill into concrete I use my Hammer Drill and I tend to drill at a slower speed in order to keep the bit from heating up too much and to allow the bit time to clear the drilled material. Priced as a two piece set, each bit comes out to $5.00 at the time I am writing this. While that may seem a bit high, if the bit is able to last I think that is a very fair price.
