I very much liked the product when first installed. I love the coloured light and it is helpful on the safety front Red is hot.... green is warm and blue is cool or cold. I like being able to get a glass of water and see the amount in the glass without turning on the light :)However, after a couple of weeks use, it started to work its way loose and water started spraying out of the connection. I tightened it a few times, but within a few days, the sprayer would fall off and water would spray everywhere. The connection is made of plastic!! the threads are plastic!! In what world did they ever think this would last. Great concept, should be made of stainless steel, charge a bit more and I would have been a happy camper :D
