Adhesive softens in the sun therefore the tape slips if stepped on.

Pickleball Court Tape is thick, durable, and highly adhesive, making it great for creating temporary outdoor courts. The 200-foot length covers a full court, and the bright yellow color is easy to see. It sticks well on smooth surfaces, but may struggle on rough or wet ground. Great for temporary setups, but for long-term use, a more permanent solution may be needed.

I like the color of this tape and it’s pretty sticky. Of course, it’s temporary lines (we use it for pickleball court lines), so they won’t last long, but for a few days/games for sure!

I came across the NW Athletics 200 Feet Pickleball Court Court Tape in my data feed and, while I don't need to tape up a pickle ball court, I do need duct tape, so I thought I'd pick it up and see how it works. My impressions:- It's very yellow. This is great for laying out a pickle ball court so it's visible, but is less great if you need some general purpose tape. It's going to be glaringly obvious everywhere I use it.- Getting the wrapping off it was next to impossible. The tape is tightly wrapped in a thin plastic coating, and the coating rips every time I grip an end and pull. I finally did get it off, but it took a lot more grit and persistence than it should have.- The tape is not duct tape, nor does it claim to be. It's thinner than duct tape, and it seems to be made from a rigid plastic instead of a more pliable fabric. It works great when laid flat, like when taping up a box, but it looks like it will have issues if used to wrap a cable, for example.- The tape tears easily and in a straight line; no scissors needed. This make it easy to tear off the length needed; much better than standard duct tape!I think this tape will work great for my needs. It's a little expensive to use as pure duct tape, but functionally it will do the job. Recommended.

I got this tape for marking pickleball court lines on an existing tennis court in our neighborhood. It went down easily and worked for a while but then began to peel up and leave adhesive residue on the court that was hard to remove. We will have additional lines painted on when we resurface our courts.

I used this to re-line a small basketball court. Works and sticks well, but be sure to clean the surface before applying the tape. I could see this coming up after a while, but it looks good for now.
