Well, good news and bad news. The zappers work great! However, the only problem is, make sure whoever is using the zapper, knows to swing away from their company, otherwise, they will swat the wasp right into someone's leg leaving a nice sting mark for 2-3 weeks.

These bug zapping swatters seem to work as intended on small insects. You have to make sure that you have fresh batteries and hold the button. I haven't had much luck with larger flies I don't think they are getting through to the zapping material I got them for the deer flies but it doesn't look like it's going to help me with those.

I put in two AA batteries, press the button. Nothing happened. Next, I swat some flies, nothing happened. I decided to put it on the spider and it grilled it alive. Holy crap. This is really electrical. Sparks of flame killed the spider in seconds and made it look burnt. I cannot imagine what would happen if I were to accidentally swatted cloth or paper or my hands by accident; it would probably be dangerous...

ok product but not response fast enough to catch flies or mosquitos before escape.when hold down the button, need to take a few seconds before charging enough power to zap.sometime after waited for a while before zapped...
