I drill two 1/4" holes through my work fittings and the Quick Release Pins fit and worked perfectly. I cycled the pins in and out six times to insure they worked correctly. No problems and easy job.

We misplaced the retention pin for our Balanced Body Pilates reformer's shoulder rest. These were a tiny bit shorter in length but worked great. To be honest, a 1" pin might even work as there is lots of 'slack' once the spring ball has passed through the hole.One difference you will find is that the original Balanced Body pin has a welded ring while the replacement has a split ring. I can't say if this will be an issue but it doesn't seem to be.We plan to make a new pin strap soon; string, strap, 3D print... who knows.
