Sturdy silicone molds make super-sized blocks of ice. It took about two days in my deep freezer for the ice block to freeze completely. These will be great for using in my good old-fashioned non-electric cooler, as I expect that blocks this size will last quite a while. The ice block releases very easily from the mold, and folds down compactly when not in use. My only complaint/suggestion is that I wish they came with lids.

Large ! That some pretty large piece of ice this make ! Work great, filled and hold water great from the sink to the freezer. It unfold easily, but it doesn't collapse that easily... Not sure if it good or bad right now, but definitely found it annoying the first few seconds I tried to closed it down. There is a smell comming from it... It doesn't say it food grade, so treat it as such ! My goal was for a sail boat, there is a ice bucket to keep food cold, and these fit in there. And being a single piece rather than a bunch of smaller pieces, it seem to last longer time. Much easier to make a large qualtity of ice as well... As long as you don't mind large block. Not perfect for every situation, but really useful for some.

I’m planning to use these molds mainly to load up coolers during summer BBQs. Crushing the ice would be perfect for keeping everything chilled for hours. They’re super easy to use, and the stackable design saves a lot of freezer space. I’m planning to use them for cold plunges too, I haven’t quite taken the leap yet, but with all the health and recovery benefits, I’m seriously considering it. These molds make it easy to prep for both, and definitely cut down on the need to keep buying ice.

Love these!! They are HUGE and very sturdy. They're like small washtubs. The silicone is super thick and very sturdy. It's easy to not spill the water out (I didn't fill all the way to the top) while carrying these since they're so sturdy. I stuck them in the deep freezer and a day later had two giant ice blocks. I don't do ice plunges, so I'm just going to chisel them up and store them in the freezer for drinks. A bit of work, but convenient for us, who don't have an ice-making fridge! Truly impressed how sturdy they are. The only thing is I recommend you wash them thoroughly before use. Coming out of the packaging they have a strong-ish silicone scent, but a soapy-water-wash fixed that issue.
