This disc is 5 mm larger than the original one: 145 mm vs 140 mm. The extra leverage does provide better braking. It would be great if someone can try a 150 mm because it looks like there is clearance.My rotor wore out after 1300 miles.I did upgrade to a Zoom Xtech mechanical to hydraulic caliper which is a must. The factory caliper has a problem that when the pads wear every 25%, that the factory caliper needs to be readjusted.
