It was easy to set up, seems sturdy, and it looks nice and sleek. It's a bit expensive, especially if you need to change out the included couplers for different keystone. It functions as expected.

This was exactly what I was looking for. A good looking sturdy patch panel that uses keystones instead of punchdown that can be mounted on the back of my entertainment center. The metal housing is thick and heavy so it won't get crushed or damaged if I move the system around. Even when mounted, the cover easily slips on and off. For someone on a budget, the quality look and build of this panel makes it a great deal.

This was great for getting the utility closet at our townhome cleaned up. When they built the place, they just dumped all the CAT cables out of a hole in the wall in the utility closet, leaving a blue web of cables to sort through. In order to get things labeled and organized, I cut them to length, terminated the ends, and put them in this patch panel, which allows me to assign a number on the panel to each cable. From there I can run cables from the patch panel to a similarly mounted switch for whole-house wired ethernet. One thing that I thought was odd at first about this patch panel is that you don't punch down the individual wires to the back like I am used to, instead you terminate the ends with an RJ-45 connector, and then plug it into the back. I've since come around to this method, as it allowed me to easily test and identify each cable before connecting it to the patch panel, and then move cables between ports as desired. The fact that I can easily reassign cables to different ports has brought me around to this panel. This is a great item for any utility or wiring closet for a medium-small home. Can recommend!

This is a great tool for locations where you don't have a standard rack mount to use. I use this to have a more convenient location to plug in for testing purposes. This unit is heavy enough to sit on a desk, but best to use the holes to screw/bolt down. The included coupler keystones have been working great in my experience.
