I purchased these knowing they almost certainly couldn't be as high as 1300:8, but hoped they might at least be 500:8. They weren't. Not even close. From 200 Hz to 20 kHz the voltage ratio is very consistently 5.1:1, which yields an impedance ratio of about 210:8.Below 200 Hz, the ratio drops off to about 4:1 at 20 Hz, which is an impedance ratio of 128:8.

I do not know the turns ratio of these transformers, but they function well with crystal radios as a good impedance match. They take the radio impedance and match it to the earbud impedance! The only negative was that two were damaged.

This transformer isn’t quite as advertised. I swept it with a sig gen across the audio range. It does seem to have a good passband as claimed. From the observed voltage ratio and from measuring the primary and secondary inductances, the turns ratio appears to be about 5 not 13. My methodology could be off though. I wish this part had a data sheet.
