Your cart is empty. This 91638 main burner is a high-quality replacement designed to fit for Dometic Atwood 6 Gallon LP Gas Water Heaters to repair ignition failure, flame instability or reduced efficiency caused by burner aging.

Installation Instructions:
1. Make sure the water heater gas valve and power are off
2. Remove the front panel of the water heater and find the old burner (located in the center of the combustion chamber)
3. Disconnect the gas pipeline, remove the fixing screws, and take out the old burner.
4. Install the new burner, reconnect it in the reverse steps, and check the air tightness.
5. Ignition test to observe whether the flame is stable
Notes:
1.This 91638 main burner is only for LP gas system, not for diesel or electric water heaters
2.Be sure to turn off the gas supply before installation to avoid leakage risks
3.If the flame continues to be abnormal, it is recommended to check the gas pressure or whether the heat exchanger is blocked
