Was unable to unlock them by hand had to use a hammer and piece of wood dowel to fee them up. Unable to close and lock handles, OH! well they do crimp just take up more room.

I used these with Sooke fluorocarbon to make my own pike leaders worked greatCase isn't the strongest but does the trick.
