It's fine enough, but the seat is positioned very oddly and there is a sizeable gap between where you butt sits and your back goes on the bench. Often leads you to have to put your butt in the gap, which is uncomfortable.

This bench does the job it needs to for a small lightweight girl I don't think it would hold up for anybody over a 130 pounds it is extremely wobbly maybe unsafe even if you are lifting heavy on it. It looks nice but thr quality is just not there, but I'm not too surprised since it's one of thr lower priced benches
