This mat is the best! I now buy them for friends with babies who want to go swimming. Makes the changing scenario so much easier. Perfect size for little ones, still using it now with my 1 year old and will continue to do so. Better than a towel as it stops water coming up from the floor but also pulls moisture away from baby so they stay warm!

Purchased this for my baby's swimming lessons to place baby safely on the mat while I step in and out of the pool instead of the baby lying on the cold tiles. I also use it in the changing rooms on top of the baby changing tables and also for when there aren't any baby changing tables available. It dries quickly, doesn't absorb much water, is nice and light and has a nice grip to it. My baby has been using it since he was 3 months old. He is now 6 months old and it is still going strong. 4 stars as it would have been better if it was longer as my baby's legs were dangling over the end from around 4 months old.

I bought a couple of these, two years ago: one for me to stand on while changing at the swimming pool (grim floors - yuck), and another whose main use is changing on the beach/riverbank/lakeside before and after swimming - for which it's absolutely brilliant. It keeps my feet warm and clean, rolls up quite small in my bag (top marks for having NO Velcro to attack my other swimming gear) without making everything else filthy, and then rinses off and dries REALLY easily and quickly once I get home. After two years' use at least 2-3 times a week, my 'outdoor' mat is almost like new, making it exceptional value as well as pretty eco-friendly :) .
