This set of weights is perfect for a beginner as you can use these weights both in dumbbell form or barbell form which allows you to access a much higher number of exercises then if you were to only use a dumbell set or only use a barbell set, and when used in dumbbell form even an intermediate lifter can get quite a bit of use out of them. these weights are both cheap and sturdy allowing for at home workouts without spending too much on starter equipment. I wish I had waited a while before buying these as they had gone on sale a few days later making it an even better deal then they already were but I am still happy if them nonetheless, definitely wait for a sale to pick these up!

Pros; Great for starting out like myself. I like that I can add the weights to my leg extensions and fly extensions on my bench. I personally think its a good set for this purpose. Its sturdy and strong. And I like that you can attach each dumbell to create the bar bell. HOWEVER!!!Cons: When you create the barbell it will not fit on my bench because the bar is too short and the weights arent positioned on the bar correctly in order to rest on top of the bench holder. Also, usually when you buy weight sets they co.e in 2.5lbs, 5lbs and 10s. This set is just weird because the sizes are 4.4lbs and 5.5lbs. Thats it! So right now I have my dumbells with 2- 5.5lbs to create a 20lb dumbell because if I used the 4.4lbs I would only have a total of 16lbs on each dumbell. Too much math for me. I like to keep it simple. I will use this until my muscles get used to 20lbs and then I would need an upgrade. Sort of a waste but I learned something.

Definitely worth it for the price, other similar adjustable dumbbells go for 200+. It is a screw type of lock for the weights which would be annoying if you're constantly changing them but I'm sure there are ways around it if you think hard enough.Clearly made in China, the box does say it so it definitely is possible for it to come broken due to shipping. Mine arrived intact so I'm happy.It's all plastic, there are some "defects" if you want to call it that such as little dings and scratches. It doesn't affect usage though.Overall a good purchase

Great product especially for the cost. Before COVID I had been going to the gym several times a week for years.I'm not a gym rat just a person who likes to stay in shape.I am thrilled with the quality and ease of use of this set. I didn't expect it to replace the gym of course but I'm immensely excited to be lifting again.Highly recommend

Recently my wife left me for a younger, smarter, and, frankly, better man. On her way out of our apartment, a place where we had made endless memories (both good and bad, but that's marriage for you!), she said to me (and I'll never forget this): "Alex, I love you, but you just don't own a set of Sogesfurniture One Pair of Adjustable Dumbells totaling 66 LBs." I really sat with this and, after many drunken nights alone, I decided to take the plunge and order a set from Amazon.ca. I will never be the same again, every day I feel stronger and more like the me I have always wanted to be. I started doing this for her, but now i'm continuing this journey for me. I recently purchased these weights despite a few negative reviews about the smell and being cheaply made. I found no such problem and honestly for the price they work great. Weights are so expensive and these have the weight and adjustability to customize to your liking. They may not be the best for serious weight lifters but they are still heavy and an amazing price.The only slight negative comment I have is it’s a little difficult to get all the weights on the one bar. You have to turn the center spool opposite directions which causes one end to come undone again. Really have to hold it down. Great weights though. Very happy with the purchase

The weights are sturdy and seem like good quality. The connector rod is absolutely useless since it is too short.The only other negative is that the connector and the dumbbell handles smelled awful.It smelled like vomit or something.Fortunately I was easily able to just wash the handles and connector with some soap and they smell just fine now.Overall I think the product is good for the price.
