These are high quality filters, but they didn't fit our water softener. All of them would have fit, but the membrane filter on our system has a special attachment, this filter did not have. So, I had to return them.

We waited a year on Reliance to replace our filters and got nowhere with the company. Eventually we got so fed up that we just bought our own. These are the exact same as the ones they used and fit perfectly.
