1. Install the tool plate
Insert the tool plate onto the wheel studs at the bottom of the vehicle's wheel and secure it in place with a nut. Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the tire
2. Prepare the measuring tools
Take two measuring tapes with hooks. Attach a end of the measuring tape to a tool plate and the other end to the second tool plate
3. Measure
Starting from the same point on both tool plates, use the measuring tape to measure the angles on both sides at the same time
