Beautiful collar! Looks like it would be perfect for dogs that pull. Unfortunately, as a first-time dog owner (at 61, no less!), I'm afraid I went overboard in purchasing toys and accessories for the puppy that chose me (with stage 4 cancer, I most certainly was not looking for a new pet; plus, I've been a cat lady for my entire adult life, but this abandoned pup decided I am her mommy.) ANYway, I shouldn't have bought the collar without consulting her trainer first. She doesn't have any issues with pulling. I just thought the collar perfectly matched her new leash. The collar is beautiful, well-made, and the accompanying QR code linking to the video that demonstrates how to put it on seems like it will be very helpful to those who need and use it.I can't speak to fit because I didn't try it on my dog, nor how well it works for training. But if my dog had issues with pulling, this is the collar I would buy.

Realmente queríamos que este producto funcionara para nosotros. Tenemos un perro xl. Nuestra primera compra era de talla equivocada por lo que la devolvimos por una más pequeña.Nuestro perro camina muy bien, pero debido a su tamaño queríamos algo que ayudara a que sus amigos tuvieran confianza para pasearlo.La muserola simplemente se caía de la punta de su nariz si no caminaba con la nariz horizontal y subía hasta sus ojos cuando no se estaba cayendo.Quizás funcione bien para perros con determinadas formas de cabeza, pero para nuestro gran danés, este no es un equipo útil.

My dog pulls like a freight train--Gentle Leaders and Haltis have both failed. The Canny Collar works--eventually, for which I do not fault it as my dog is exceptionally strong willed, and at least setttles down after five or ten minutes and then all is well. Niggly? Ordered blue, order says blue--black arrived. Not the end of the world.

My walks with my 4 yr old super energetic and strong chocolate lab were NOT something I looked forward to & I had given up hope. I had worked with several trainers over the years with limited success. My vet recommended the Canny Collar after seeing how my lab was determined to pull me around to visit everyone in the waiting room. As 74 yr old senior I no longer have the strength I did in my 20’s & I’ve had enough falls for a lifetime without asking for more.I was stunned how quickly my lab responded positively to corrections while wearing the Canny Collar. It flashed through my mind for a second I must not have MY DOG walking pleasantly beside me, it must be someone else’s dog. Now my dog can accompany me into stores that permit pets. She gets excited as I park the car & she remembers at this store she can come in & explore all the scents & pats from fellow dog lovers.

My mom took my dog out, this is the second time using it and it broke when he pulled forward snapped and then he had full pulling force since it was just a collar and the force pulled her over and she fell face first onto some rocks and now she's at the hospital because she probably has a broken nose and maybe a concusion.

Best dog collar for walking! Style fits perfectly and effectively. A must have for all dogs of any age/breed and any age/strength of handler. This collar is easy to use, humane, and works for all dog temperments and dog owners. If all new dog owners use this gentile collar, there would be no dogs given up to shelters. You will find it a joy to walk your dogs in public. Read instructions and watch videos on utube to properly familiarize yourself with collar. For sizing snug is better than loose. This is a walking/training collar not to be kept on all day. After trying many collars, this is the best collar for a calm, peaceful and enjoyable walking experience for everyone.

The collar does exactly what it claims. My 8 month old German Short hair Pointer is full of energy and is difficult for me to walk because he pulls so hard but with the collar on I can walk with ease and he isn't pulling me. For that the collar is worth its weight in gold. What I don't like is it is a chore to get the collar on. Pulling the strap up and over his snout is a challenge. He knows what is coming and he is determined not to have me slide it on. He is getting use to it but is constantly trying to get it off while walking. He puts up with it more now with snow down because he can't slide along the ground trying to work the strap off. I do love the collar and I can't walk him without it but is a pain to put on. I have had to replace the metal toggles (clasps) because they broke while walking. Had to buy sturdier ones. This collar has saved me and the dog because I am suffering from a concussion and walking him without this collar would have been 100% impossible.

After trying all the other collars I could find for my 90 pound 3 year old Bernedoodle, who is a very strong puller (Halti, Gentle Leader, Perfect Dog Command Collar, and finally a prong as recommended by his trainer) I finally found the Canny Collar. I thought I would give it a try - why not spend more money on yet another collar?! And I didn't like using the prong as he continued to pull anyway. Well, OMG, it is the holy grail of all collars!!!!!!!!!! I just used it for the first time and right from the beginning I felt like I was walking a totally different dog. No pulling, even a slack leash that I could hold with 2 fingers instead of 2 hands. Did he like it? Not at first and he tried to paw the nose strap off, but after 20 minutes he gave up. I have recently experienced a full tear in a shoulder ligament so this pulling was so painful and important for me to conquer because I walk both my 2 Bernedoodles together. The nose loop is attached to a very sturdy buckle collar that can stay on him when not walking. The nose strap is taken away from around his nose and fastens around his neck with supplied carabiners. This is a Godsend for me. Thank you Canny Collar for making my walks so enjoyable. I highly recommend this and I seldom write reviews!

Testé depuis 5 jours sur ma rottweiler de plus de 46kg. J'ai pris la taille 7, c'est un peu grand mais comme elle n'a pas fini sa croissance ça lui ira de mieux en mieux. Avec ce collier elle ne tire presque plus, est complètement contrôlable même si elle veut aller courser un chat alors qu'avant elle me faisait faire 2 ou 3 mètres avant que j'arrive à la stopper tellement elle est puissante. Je me sens bien plus en confiance car je sais que malgré sa force je peux la retenir alors que même en ayant fait des cours d'éducation ça n'était pas toujours le cas et cela me faisait soucis. Je le recommande à toutes les personnes qui ont un chien puissant et réactif qu'il faut canaliser.Colis arrivé en très bon état et avant la date prévue, je suis donc entièrement satisfaite de la transaction.

A sturdy, well-built, correctly-sized collar that does the job it was intended to do! I much prefer the way this collar attaches to the leash behind the dog's head rather than under the chin. I also like the fact that the pass-through clip under the chin is not locked in place (the way it is in other collars with the same purpose), thereby allowing the dog to open his mouth to pant or to even pick up a stick. Yet, if the dog pulls, the band over the nose will still tighten to put the necessary pressure on the bridge of the nose. When the collar gets dirty, I simply throw it in the washing machine and it comes out as good as new.
