I often record videos and take studio quality pictures and needed something bright enough to bring out the true colors. I wanted something easy to use as well. I also wanted a light to double as a spotlight when having piano recitals.I ordered this light and I am very impressed with it.The first thing you notice with this light is that it is of professional quality. It is very solidly made.The light comes with a lens protective cover, a reflector, a power cable, a remote control, gloves, and brush, a cleaning cloth, and a user manual for both the remote and the light.This light is BRIGHT. You can adjust the brightness in 1% increments with the remote control or the buttons on the light.There are 8 FX modes built in which cause the light to do different flashing modes.You can also download an app to control the light. I downloaded it and the light paired easily. It works great but I prefer the remote but it is nice to have the option to use the app or the remote.The light has a U clamp on it with a clamp which makes it compatible with most professional mounting equipment.I really like the fact that there is a silence mode where you can turn off the fan. This is critical when you are recording video and you do not want any unwanted background noise.I am very happy with this light and it is truly a professional-grade lamp for anyone serious about taking good videos.Yes, the price may seem high but when compared with the price of other professional-grade equipment with the same features it is reasonable and good value for your money.

What a great light, but it is Godox after all. It is very very bright , but also is dimmable to meet all your photography / video needs. It can be paired with the Godox Light App, but I tend to use the accompanying remote, which works perfectly and it has all the available functions. It is silent running and doesnt heat up too much so I am a happy camper. 5 stars for me. I hope this helps in your decision making.
