Product looks great but was shipped without the screw to attach the ground cable. This makes it almost a paper weight. Now I will have to search around for a copper screw that fits so as not to cause any corrosion between the rod and the wire.

Perfect for portable generator use. This is too short to meet any national electrical code but is better than nothing and is suitable for temporary use. I wouldn't want to rely on it as a lightning ground. I am a ham radio operator and use it for my field day station grounding. It is smooth which makes it easy to hammer into the ground and also easier to pull out again at the end of the day. My main complaint is the connecting screw: it is too loose and sloppy to connect to any common cable. I had to fold back the 6 AWG I was using just to get it thick enough to clamp down on, which isn't ideal. Still better than using rebar like others I have seen.
