Q:Why does the HID bulbs not work after a period of use?
A:Incompatible ballast may have been used. Please check whether the type of ballast is applicable (check the applicable HID headlight on the original car ballast)
Q:About fault analysis and troubleshooting methods
A:
1.The light is not on → Check whether the wire harness interface is loose
2. Flashing lights → Confirm the matching of the power controller
3. Overheating alarm → Immediately cut off the power and contact the after-sales service
Q:Why does the fitment system say that the xeno bulbs is suitable for my car, but it is actually not suitable?
A:There may be more than two headlight configurations for the same model, and our lights are only suitable for one. Read the owner's manual carefully to confirm which Assembly is suitable for this light.
Q:Does it include accessories?
A:Not included. There are only 2 Xenon bulbs . If you need a stabilizer, wire harness and other accessories, you need to buy separately.
