This printer is slow. The only concern is the cartridge is expensive and finishes too quick. I am using it for 3 years with no issue at all at business

After many years of using Canon printers with next to no problems at all, this printer just goes to show that things are, indeed, not what they used to be, also that adding more technological layers to a product is not as good as it might sound. Have had to reset pinter several times in order to get it to function correctly and, most recently, paper has been repeatedly jamming. The instructions on the screen and cryptic and confusing, the small manual that comes with it is poorly written and online help suggestions are, again, so cryptic as to be useless. Would not recommend buying it.

The print quality is pretty good. I connect the machine with my laptop and iPad. It work well but it’s quite loud, although I figured most printing machines are. The scanning and picture printing features are a bit sketchy. It took me a while to figure out how to use it. Also, you have to buy more inks because the inks that came with the printer didn’t last very long .

Love this printer....so easy to set up. Had both my home computers and phone set up in 20 minutes - super easy interface. Good print quality -nice sized unit. Very happy!

I like this printer a lot. Nice clear prints. The only drawback is that the installation pamphlet was not done well. I basically had to go online for the information. It is still complicated on how all of printing features really work because there are no instruction that come with the computer.

Easy to start up. Good photo print quality. The only bad thing is the top paper tray won’t close properly, oversight in the design. Will see how long the ink lasts.
