It seemed like it was a good device straight out of the box. Directions were a little difficult to understand but it was easy enough to figure out. I used it on our cat about 10 times and then the problems started. First it was leaking at the bottom of the reservoir, then it wasn't holding a charge, then the clip on the top broke. Despite that we kept using it because it did do the job. HOWEVER. After about 15 uses, the charger or its ability to charge just stopped. Not light, no function unless we had it plugged in, and then it just died. Not worth the money, time of effort. We bought another type/brand via Amazon and that other device is much better. Skip this one.

If I could have given zero stars I would have, but the review makes you rate it with at least one star. The nebulizer battery does not stay charged long, even after charging it fully, the battery dies before the tiny tank of water runs out. It does not work long enough to help my dog.Cheaply made product for an expensive price. Not worth the $58.00 I was charged for this.Wish I would have read the part below the item description that says:(Frequently Returned Item)I'll be buying a better quality nebulizer.

I got this thinking that my cats would be more accepting to this smaller nebulizer than a larger one. I was sadly mistaken. Like others, the nebulizer does not stay charged long at all. There is no dilution suggestions for your animal (if you are selling an animal medical appliance, at least give a dilution chart; only makes sense, if you are authorized to sell the product, you should be able to tell others how to use it).The only reason this is even receiving one star (if I could rate lower, I would) is the facial masks - because those can attach to another piece I have for my cat (hook the inhaler on one end, the mask at the other, two pumps and 15-20 seconds later, results are noticeable). This was an expensive product, cheaply made, and I am out the money that could have been spent on an item that actually works.1/5 stars - just sad. My cats have chronic upper respiratory infections and I though this would be a game changer for their breathing and playing habits - nope, just a disappointed cat-mom with four cats who have asthma attacks almost every other day.

Update. I liked this nebulizer so much I got another one. I'm worried about emergencies especially since we had a swarm of earthquakes and I want to be prepared. If my pets can't breathe well due to stress or shock or particles in the air I want to be able to help them quickly so the 2nd one goes in the earthquake kit. In emergencies it could even be used by myself or my sister, you gotta do what keeps you going in a pinch. I'm happy I was able to get another one as a promotional.I'm one of those "Just in case" people and when it comes to my pets I like to be prepared for emergencies. California = earthquakes and you never know. Vets are expensive and with the shortage it takes a long time to get your pet in to be seen or you have to go to an emergency vet and pay way more for treatment. I have been putting together a medical kit for the pets and when I saw this nebulizer available as a free promotional I ordered it. If my pet can't breathe, a nebulizer will help and could mean life or death. I love how compact it is. It was already charged when I opened it and I put it on the charger for a bit to make sure it's a full charge. My sister put a small amount of her nebulizer solution in it to show how it works and as you can see in the photo it does a fine mist. It's almost silent, so it hopefully would not freak out the pet. The description said there was a 2 metre tube in the kit but it is not there. I'm sure we have tubing around the house as both myself and my sister use nebulizers for asthma. I will update if we have a chance to use it.
