These are wonderful! They trap a LOT of flies! I have gnats, mosquitoes, and flies that love to come into my home. I’m amazed when I open the bottom every week. I bought another one to use outside.

As summer months were arriving, we spent a lot of time outside at night and during many times over the year, we go camping. I had just got a bug zapper and was looking to get an additional one to keep with our camper, to continue to keep the bugs at bay. I found this new option and ordered it up which arrived in a few days.After plugging it in, the black light comes on and starts zapping the bugs. There is a button on the device to turn on/off the bonus LED light on the bottom which is quite bright. Besides coming with instructions, the kit comes with a small brush to clean away the bugs that were zapped. The inside light is covered by a metal grate and the exterior of the zapper is covered by a plastic cover which prevents touching the inner element and is noted to have a “0.27 safety gap”. It shows the effective coverage area of this zapper is up to 1100 sq. ft.We recently went camping where there were a ton of mosquitoes and small bugs and this thing did a great job. There is a bottom cover that can be easily removed to discard zapped bugs. However, the ones that are on the light/metal grate, those are a bit tougher to clean off as it is a bit hard to get around the other grate. It would be nice to have the outer shell come off to add in cleaning.The instructions show that you can replace the 18W bulb and it is easy to replace. I did not look for replacement bulbs, so not sure how much those cost. As this is an outdoor device, it is noted the device IPX5 waterproof and comes with a 6ft cord. Overall, it is a good, powerful option that does the job and I found this option is priced the same as other with similar options. I hope this holds up for the long haul and will be sure to update this post in the future if it does not hold up as expected.

The snapper works great and it helps get rid of those little pest that bother you when you’re having a picnic or cookout. I use it outdoors on my patio and it works amazing. Very easy to use. Just plug-in play. The one con I found with it is the plug is not as long as they advertise, but that’s not a big issue. It works great.

Easy to use. Very lite. Hang it, plug it in and turn it on. Nice blue light .... all of a sudden it sounded like New Years Eve. Very satisfied with the results.
