The paint has chipped on all 4 pocket steps after about 2-1/2 years. The vehicle is washed regularly with the MN winters but we certainly expected more from the product.

It took about an hour and half to put on. Everything is labeled great. The only tedious part were the Tbolts. Other than that, not very difficult at all.

Packaged nicely and arrived on time. Quality is great and steps feel firm. Instructions are clear and simple to follow. Self installed in under 2 hours, but with another person would of been faster. If you plan on installing it by yourself I recommend installing the bracket mounts on the boards first (don't tighten all the way) and then install boards/brackets as one(tighten everything last).

Love the product andove the company response to my small issue. Quickly resolved. I had these put on professionally due to the comments I seen on line, most people had a difficult time. Im not handy nor have patience for stuff like that so for the 100 I paid for the install was worth it. They are strong, sturdy and great looking. I got nothing but compliments from the place I had them installed to the streets of nj where I ride. Makes a huge difference on the look of my 4runner. Much more aggressive.
