Just a touch too big for them, we are waiting for them to grow into the leashes! We bought 4! More adjustable straps would be great. Still get 5 stars.

Got them for a fun gag with my chickens and ducks. Tried but chicken wouldn't move after it was on so I'm using for my cats.

My son, the chicken lover in our household, says that these don't fit the adult hens well, but the younger ones that aren't yet fully grown.He actually managed to get a few hens in, but said even the smallest ones it was a tight fit. Much better for the younger ones than more mature hens, like probably 3-6 months.This was actually helpful for him to put the more hornery ones on the leash where he wouldn't have to hassle with getting them back in the pen or wandering off as we let our chickens free-range as much as possible.The actual quality is very good and even better than standard dog leashes I've seen.Overall, these are a good product and we will definitely be using them with our next batch of smaller chickens.
