Bought them to keep raccoons and squirrels of roof and fence . Watched racoon and squirrels walk right on them with no effort won't recommend them for this purpose .

I had two ducks who insisted that my pool really was their home. They continued to leave their deposits on the side of the pool. I tried to scare them with the water hose, then with water guns, with floating snakes but nothing worked. Then I bought these spikes, put them around the pool and that convinced the ducks to go elsewhere. They are sturdy so can be put away until next year if they are needed again.

Looked good when I received them. Installed on beams under covered patio. Didn't stop the robins at all. They kept trying to build nests right on top of them.
